"Precision in Procurement — Excellence in Every Detail."
This motto reflects our commitment to delivering products that meet or exceed client expectations across every procurement engagement — from sourcing to final delivery.
1. Quality Management Commitment
1.1 Sorakai’s leadership is committed to implementing and maintaining quality management principles across all business operations. We apply best practices consistent with internationally recognized quality standards, adapted to the unique requirements of import/export and hospitality procurement.
1.2 Our Quality Management System is an integral part of all operational decisions and is regularly reviewed and improved.
1.3 Sorakai applies a principle of continuous innovation — regularly evaluating our processes, supplier relationships, and product offerings to deliver enhanced value to our clients.
2. Client Satisfaction
2.1 The primary objective of Sorakai’s quality policy is to satisfy the current and future needs of our hospitality clients. We listen carefully to client requirements and work proactively to exceed expectations.
2.2 Sorakai prioritizes quality across the full lifecycle of the procurement process, including: product sourcing and specification, supplier qualification, order verification, packaging integrity, delivery timelines, and post-delivery support.
3. Supplier and Partner Quality Standards
3.1 Sorakai carefully selects its suppliers and preferred partners. We prioritize suppliers who have implemented recognized quality management systems, whether formally certified or verified through Sorakai’s own assessment process.
3.2 We verify the quality of all incoming goods through inspection and documentation review, requiring suppliers to provide relevant attestations, certificates, declarations of conformity, or test reports as applicable.
3.3 Sorakai maintains a supplier performance record and reserves the right to disqualify suppliers who do not consistently meet the quality thresholds required by our clients.
4. Product and Service Quality Standards
4.1 All products procured by Sorakai are reviewed for compliance with agreed specifications, applicable safety standards, and industry regulations before delivery to the client.
4.2 Where regulatory listings or certifications (such as c.UL.us, c.ETL.us, CE, or similar standards) are required for the product category, Sorakai will work with clients and suppliers to ensure relevant compliance documentation is obtained.
4.3 Sorakai acknowledges that certain artisan and handcrafted products may exhibit natural characteristics unique to their manufacturing process. These characteristics are clearly communicated to clients and are not considered quality defects.
5. People and Continuous Improvement
5.1 Sorakai’s greatest asset is our people. We invest in the qualification, professional development, and accountability of all team members involved in procurement, operations, and client services.
5.2 All team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and contribution to quality outcomes. We foster a collaborative culture of professional integrity and accountability.
5.3 Sorakai conducts regular reviews of quality outcomes, client feedback, supplier performance, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
6. Environmental and Ethical Responsibility
6.1 Sorakai is committed to responsible procurement practices, including attention to the environmental impact of products, ethical sourcing, and compliance with applicable environmental and trade regulations.
6.2 Where applicable, Sorakai will communicate information regarding proper disposal, recycling, or take-back programs for relevant product categories in compliance with local regulations.
